We are selling our truck after using it for 3 years as we now have built a full restaurant for our winery/brewery/meadery in Beulah, Michigan. It served us well and we sold tons of food.It needed some work when I bought it but since we were not moving it, it put that off until now. We had a new Cummins turbo installed, a complete new clutch assembly, including the pressure plate. The Cummins generator (propane) fired right up, but we didn't have any voltage. The licensed dealer installed a $4000 new generation system (the engine was fine). We paid to have the oil changed in the generator (was not even dirty). I wanted the next owner to have a good running unit. The two door cooler works fine, the single door freezer works fine, the sandwich cooler is newer, the two fryers are good quality Pitco's.The flattop and burners do require a long match to light as the sparkers need replacing. This truck has a full Ansul brand hood and suppression system in good working order. The sink is four bin, on of which is for hand washing. It has a pump to supply the sink with water from a tank.I did install a nice electric roll out awning that works very good. I think it's a Dometic.
