There is also room to spare for your specialized equipment such as a flat top grill. Automated electric retractable awning is a really nice feature for your customers to stand underneath. Featuring high quality alloy walls and heavy duty dotted poly flooring, ceiling mounted heat strip cooling, the kitchen is as bright and inviting as it is safe and easy to clean.The Alto-Shaam Vector oven is state of the art. It cooks in separate chambers independently of each other on fully automated programs simultaneously with no cross over. The flexible programs give your crew one touch ease of operation and perfectly cooked food, The Alto Shamm Vector Oven is a game changing labor saving tool with perfect consistency and 1/3 the cooking times than other equipment on the market.Powering the kitchen are two 50g propane tanks for the fryers and steam table (good for 2 weeks of regular service each) and a Commercial Isuzu Powertech 25kw diesel generator built-in and fully enclosed under the ovens on the drivers side. The generator exhausts out of the side of the truck and can be run while the truck is in motion. As an RV-grade generator, the operation is very quiet compared to most food truck generators and allows for regular conversation at the service window without having to raise your voice. This layout is optimized for heat dissipation and thermal efficiency to ensure reliable operation of equipment and safe operating temperatures for staff.The truck itself has 262k miles and with regular service done by the local Freightliner dealership. This well maintained truck has had recent engine, cooling system, and suspension services will easily keep going for many more. Driving is relatively easy for a 26’ long van with great mirror visibility, backup camera, and large windows with great sight lines. Tight turning radius allows for precision driving and parking in a wide variety of environments for flexible service and catering options. The body is all aluminum and in great shape, underbody and frame are also very solid with minimal rust. This was a North Carolina vehicle and has seen very little harsh weather. Engine operates very smoothly and starts up quickly and reliably. Diesel generator recently serviced and reliably starts in all weather.Damage and wear items:- Minor nicks and scrapes along the body, but otherwise ready for your custom wrap.
