HANDICAP FRIENDLY2000 Holiday Rambler Endeavor Diesel Pusher. This is a top of the line Motor Home. We have the complete original book of purchase and records of service.The unit has two slide outs which are electrically operated. One is located on the living room area and the other in the bedroom area. Both work and have no leaking areas.There is a satellite system installed. There is surround sound, multiple Television stations. The sound and TV systems have some components working and some that need to be updated. All the electronic parts function but some are not as bright or loud as they could be and should be updated.The unit is handicap friendly as a high rise toilet is installed. The shower is a full stall shower to facilitate a shower chair if necessary. The entrance to the shower is low profile so a walker or wheelchair can access the shower. The entrance door has a "Coach Lift" person lift by S & S Mobility Products in Tempe Arizona installed. It provides easy access to the Motor Home for the Handicapped. If the lift is not needed it easily is removed. We kept one wheelchair for outside and one for inside. There is room to install a wheelchair lift on the passenger side of the motorhome but we chose not to do this addition. Coach fires up and runs perfectly. Batteries were replaced in 2013. 330 HP Cat engine, Alison Auto push button transmission.Tires are in excellent condition (only 5,000 miles on brand new tires) , 38 foot long, 70,000 +/- miles on engine. Onan diesel generator 7.5 KW which has an Autostart button. Hydraulic levelers, dual AC units, backup camera, trailer tow package, washer/dryer combo , convection microwave oven, double door Fridge/freezer. works both electric/propane.Full awnings, interior is open and one couch was removed to make room for the interior wheelchair. The couch would be easy to replace as we did not do any changes to the wall area. Interior is in good/very good condition but not showroom condition. The floor has a few chipped tiles. The entrance stair has a few dirt stains. If a person wants to get it detailed all the carpeting would look new as there have been EXTREMELY few trips made in this unit. My parents purchased it 4 years ago and made one trip.EVERYTHING FUNCTIONSAll Handicap features simply make this unit more attractive for folks with limited mobility.In no way makes it less useable for able bodied folks. Ready to head out on the road! Located in Redding, Ca Possibly would consider a partial trade for a 5th wheel unit that could be ranch quarters fora hired hand.
