Fully hot/cold water . plumbed. Most importantly, stainless steel firebox with stainless 44000btu burner and pilot.( A new chinese cart won't last 3 seasons with a cheap steel firebox.) Includes a custom made $350 round stainless sneeze guard hood and instant hot water heater. Store lots of food and keep warm when traffic heavy. 4 sink hot water system ensures no prob health cert. The 3 side sinks remove in 5 seconds and replaced with hang on ss side counter space for condiments etc. This unit will do everything and more than units that are twice the price and half the quality.
