CLEAN Title in hand. Located in Burlington, NC. Prefer local pickup and viewing prior to sale, but can assist in shipping arrangements/delivery. Good Wheels/Tires with greased/packed bearings. Ready to tow!Windows open fully. Awning arms in great shape. Fabric itself in decent shape, but the stitching has deteriorated due to age. Could be resown. Only big issue is the bathroom subfloor has sunk below the aluminum frame, and needs some attention. Fixtures in the bathroom appear to be in good shape. Underbelly material all intact. Black, Grey, white Tanks have not been tested recently. Includes original 1969 propane tank, not pictured, but looks excellent! Aluminum body has no major dents/damage/leaks, a few small ripples here or there. Worst spot is right at the front right side, pictured. Originally, this camper was set up brand new on a permanent site, and has only been towed a handful of times in. Needs some work, but mostly cosmetic updating, and some tinkering with the lights.
