The RV tech only works Monday thru Thursday, so, if you need assistance at time of pickup, you need to be here Monday thru Thursday.If you are bidding on a eBay cheap no reserve auction, please NOTE, due to recent eBay transactions, you need to schedule a pickup time with our RV tech of at least minimum of 1 hour time at $150 per hour. If you are new to camping and have a lot of questions, then you need to schedule two hours. If you do not schedule any time, then the ebay transaction will be just a sign and drive, you can figure out all of the camper stuff yourself. If you are purchasing on a buy it now price, or some other website then no worries about scheduling time.2002 Holiday Rambler Admiral 36DBD 36FT with 2 slides, Ford 6.8 liter gasoline with the Auto Trans.We completed an inspection on this RV and the following shows the results of our findings:Text 864 245 XXXX.The engine runs good.The transmission shifts good.The engine or dash AC blows ar but not cold.The coach has sat for a while, it could really use a good cleaning, new tires, fresh gas a probably a tune up for safe measure.This motorhome was just driven approx 100 miles with no issues except the tire blow out as seen in the photo of the missing fender and damage.There are 2 roof top AC units that function. The water system should work, it was winterized. It has 2015 date code tire on front pass, driver front is a 2016, driver rears are 2008 and the pass rear were replaced roadside with used older.The microwave turns on, although we did not cook anything in it. The fridge will get cold if we bypass the electronics. It appears that the fridge board is defective since the fridge will get cold if we bypass the board.The LP system, water heater, furnace and stove top try to function but the LP tank is empty.A few of the lights do not work as you can see in the photos, most of the time, the bulbs are bad.Most of these older motorhomes really need the oil, oil filter, fuel filter changed on both the engine and the generator.The hydraulic jacks work.The carpet is ok, especially considering it is 22 years old.The Onan gas generator will NOT run. It has around 600 hours. When we spray starting fluid, it will fire up but then shuts down. The electronic board detects some issue and will not allow to continue to run. The board could be defective, the brushes could be defectiver or need to be cleaned or similar.There is a location for a washer dryer combo unit. We can install a functional used combo unit for $800, or a new combo unit is approx $1700 installed.The bask up camara works.The front slide works.The rear slide attempts to move out but will not, it appears that where the tire blew out, the floor is damaged with holes as you can see in the photos. The slide is like catching on the busted floor from the busted tires.We do not normally check the TVs, radio or the electronics.We did NOT check anything else.If you do not see it, or I do not show it functioning or it is not listed in this description, the I did NOT check it, it is missing or similar. The only items checked are listed or shown in photos.This RV is older and a little dirty and it could use a good cleaning, it is 22 years old and used. I tried to take a lot of photos so you can tell.For the buy it now price of $14999 we will include the following, but any other price the following is NOT included:oil, oil filter and fuel filter change on both the engine and generatorWiper replacementFull tank of gas, LP and wipers.6 new tiresWith the buy it now option, we offer one hour of hands on walk thru demonstration with the new owner, we are also more flexible on the payment terms.
