Some Toyotaowners claim to have gone 300K miles plus on the engine. Along the line of ToyotaRV’s, the Winnebago Warrior is considered to be the top of the line in luxurymotorhomes due to the superior due to the superior construction, quality andversatility.Winnebago, manufacturer of quality RV’s like the Warrior, recognized theneed of people who wanted to experience “RVing” without buying a bus sizedvehicle, yet the comfort of a fully self –contained motorhome. The Warrior,measuring 21’ 8” from bumper to bumper, is large enough for comfort yet willfit nicely into a standard parking spot. The Warrior is perfect for a dayat the beach, a weekend at the campground or touring the USA, Canada and Mexicofrom east to west!Powered by the legendary Toyota EFI fuel injected, V6 engine on a trueone-ton chassis, it gets awesome gas mileage and, with regular maintenance, isbasically trouble free. With gas prices continuing to soar, thiseconomical, yet roomy, motor coach is a great way to go. The Toyota V6engine has plenty of power to pass and pull the hills and cruises nicely on thehighway at 65-70 mph. The Warrior is even equipped with an ECT(electronically controlled transmission) that allows you, with a push of abutton, to have more power when driving in the mountains and is also equippedwith the overdrive option for extra fuel savings. There are two awnings on the coach. One large that rolls out and can beanchored on the RV or on the ground and another one over the outside window.Both keep the coach cool and make space for outdoor living. The inside is well planned for room and comfort, utilizing each andevery inch of space and, having large windows, it is bright and spaciousinside. Let’s take a tour!Starting at the front of the coach, the Winnebago Warrior has two roomyseats in the cab, which also features ice coldA/C for those hot days, cruise controlfor the long trips, and a tilt steering wheel for driving comfort. The Warrioralso has the original AM/FM stereo with a CD Player with speakers both in thecab and the rear of the coach for an awesome surround sound. Above the cab is a comfortable double bed with a removable section thatmakes for headroom and easy access to the rear of the coach without having toget out of the RV. Moving to the rear of the coach, just behind the seats, is a full-sizedcouch that easily flips into bed and sleeps two adults comfortably. Opposite the couch is a dinette and table for two. The table can beeasily removed and it converts into bed for one. Under the dinette isample storage for belongings. The Warrior has contemporary upholstery that is inawesome condition with no rips, tears or excessive wear showing. Theinterior of the coach is in outstanding, like new condition! The flooring is anew laminate wood for easy clean up with a new look. Above the living room areaare roomy storage compartments conveniently located to store all of yournecessities out of the way, but just within an arms-reach. There are alsolots of windows to take in those great views while touring or camped on amountaintop!Further back,behind the living room, is a compact “galley” with a four-burner gas range withoven, exhaust fan, and a double stainless-steel sink. Across from thestove is a refrigerator with freezer that runs on gas or electric, and getscold enough to make ice. There is also a microwave oven in the cabinet abovethe stove. At the rear ofthe coach is the bathroom, which is comprised of a shower, toilet, sink,mirrored medicine cabinet and a spacious closet for hanging clothes and extrastorage. There is a Yamaha gas generator on board that you can pull itout and fire up to power all of the coach systems. Additionally, the Warrior isequipped with a BRAND-NEWDEEP CYCLE INTERSTATE MARINE BATTERY,which runs the coach lights, water pump, furnace and fans when not pluggedin or having the generator running. However, when plugin’s are available at the camp ground, it has fullhook up capacity with a built-in power converter. Vehicle ConditionThis is a 1993 Toyota Winnebago Warrior with only 58,707 original lowmiles! Overall, this motorhome is in exceptional condition for its age, it isclean, and has been well maintained. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 9. Iwould have given it a 10, but it’s not new. All the interior is original and innearly perfect condition. It’s like this RV has transported in a time machine.There are no roof leaks, moldy smells, or any dry rot. If you have ever wantedto own one of these Toyota motorhomes, this is the one for you. The Warrioris trip ready and I would feel comfortable driving it anywhere. The engine starts easily. The transmission shifts smoothly like itshould. The engine doesn’t burn any oil, and there are no leaks. Itrides very smooth. If you have never owned a Toyota, you are in for a treat. I haveowned several Toyota'sand they are great on gas, very dependable and with regular maintenancepractically run forever. However, please keep inmind that you are on used RV, not a brand- new motorhome, so expect somenormal wear and usage. The Winnebago Warrior comes with the OwnerManuals The tires are in newer and in great condition with lots of tread left onthem. The brakes work great. All of the stripping and decals are original. TheWarrior was garage kept for most of its life and it shows. You can still seethe shine on the paint and the decals and stripping are not cracked and faded. This is a smoke free motorhome with nonoticeable odors. All of coach systems appear to be in working order. The generator may need a tune up, but it runs well.
