We lovingly restored our classic Winnebago and have enjoyed over 4,000 miles of CA glamping, including about 2,000 miles on a new professionally built custom engine. We have a thick file of original manuals, invoices-records since new that the original owners shared upon our purchase in June 2019. We did acquire salvage title during our ownership only after a hail storm left cosmetic dimples; see pic. New: toilet, shower drain, holding tank and discharge, kitchen and bathroom faucets, propane tanks, converter, Sunbrella retro design upholstery, foam cushions, window curtains and screens, exhaust system, power steering line, alternator mount and master cylinder. Appliances are in beautiful cosmetic and working condition, except refrigerator recently stopped cooling. Generator serviced. Bath exhaust fan, hot water heater and A/C work. Coach "gas" heater disconnected by original owner. We use a portable "electric" heater which we will include, as well, glamping odds and ends, such as leveling blocks, fresh water hose and new, larger front roof vent to conceal old water stain. Roof resealed prior to starting our restoration. No roof leaks when purchased, and no leaks currently. Engine installed @ 32,119 miles and current miles @ 33,898. Per our mechanic "It is a 9.5:1 compression, and on engine analyzer pro it made 515lbft of torque and 418hp at the crank." We wanted to be able to cruise through hills while keeping up with modern traffic! Original owner added convenience gauges, and upgraded stereo system, including speakers for the rear lounge that converts to queen bedroom. Dinette converts to double size bed. Driver overhead sleeping area is great for extra storage, or sleeping for one. We are restoring a new home, so no foreseeable road trips for a while. Recommend replacing tires, otherwise, doesn't need anything except a new owner to continue glamping adventures. You will see a lot of thumbs up along the road! Easy to schedule in person inspection.
