Completely refurbished and upgraded from top to bottom including tires, engine, interior and appliances in 2016. Driven only3,500 miles since. Drives like a car (big car) and gets about 21miles a gallon on regular gasoline.Interior was custom upgraded at the time of the refurbish and the exterior was professionally repainted. I chose not to have the decals replaced so it only has the pin stripping without advertising that it is a Rialta. I also chose wood flooring not carpet so, it so easy to clean. Tires were new and only have the 3,500 miles on them.Has enough power for Mountain Driving yet can easily make a U-turn ona 4 lane road.If your not familiar with a Rialta,they have a VW engine and drive-train system with a Winnebago body. Makes quite a splash in RV parks every time I used it. Easy to hook up and care for. I never had any issues with all the hook ups and dumps. Full bathroom and shower was never used. Very comfortable for 2 to 4 people with options to sleep more. Has seat belts for 8 people. Has a full kitchen (3 burner stove), microwave oven and large refrigerator and freezer. Has a full attached retractable awning (shown in pictures on passenger side), tow hitch, rear view camera, solar power panel, a custom cover made for it and more goodies all never used but available and included in the pricing. I hate to sell it however, it is time so, no Lookie Lous please. Fully Qualified buyers for showings only. Please show proof of qualification prior to the showing appointment.
