This RV always starts and runs perfect. No mechanical leaks or drips. In the past 4 years the following have items serviced or replaced. New 8ply commercial tires including spare. Full tune up with new plugs and wires. New head gaskets. New brakes bearings calipers done by Firestone. Starter and water pump replaced with Heavy duty. 3way water heater installed plumber in but not wired in (in Florida water heater not needed). New ranchero shocks. Transmission serviced and adjusted. As stated this vehicle runs and drives great ready to go.Interior have kitchen with sink and 2 burner propane stove w/ newer microwave. Has toilet, bathtub and shower w/ both gray and black holding tank and new sewer hose never used. Cab over pull out bunk (2 kids easy) sofa converts to bed sleep 2 comfortable. Also swivel Captain chairs can be reclined to make bed if needed. Has cold roof and works good even in the hotest days in Florida. Dash ax does not work. Has built in swivel TV mount with small flat screen DVD TV works but color is not perfect. Has radio DVD installed with pop up display with remote. Brand new windshield cover and custom RV curtains installed.The exterior as you can see could use some TLC. Has rust dings and dent and could use a Bondo and paint restoration. Doors windows have been sealed shut and passenger side vent window won't lock. It is not hard to find replacement doors and body parts as the 1990 Ford e250 body stayed the same for years. This is a real RV with plate production registration number with clean title with MH designation. This allows you to stay at KOAs and state parks. I florida RV parks can deny you entrance if you have a self conversion van, this is a actual class b RV, that is only 19Ft and easy to park (Walmart, any regular size parking spot)Please carefully review all photos especially the exterior photos of the rust, paint and windows. It needs TLC and a makeover.This RV has a rear ladder and a bike rack with a small eBike that will be included. Also included is a 2 room awning tent and yes this RV has a awning. Many extras to be included (some items included will be set out on the outdoor rug also included.$500 deposit thru PayPal within 48 hours of auction ending balance paid cash or certified check. I have clean title in hand. I will show the new owner how all of the systems function and operate. I am also selling this RV locally and reserve the right to end auction early.
