GENERAL: This camper iscustom-made, one of a kind, new, never used, it was finished July 2023. It is presently located andlicensed/registered in New Jersey 08079. You can come take a look, if you are interested message me through eBay so we can make arrangements. OUTSIDE: The walls, ceiling& floor are all hollow with 1” foam insulation. The outside walls arefinished with a canvas overlay applies with exterior glue and painted 2 coats with industrial-marinecoating. There are 2 cabin vents located on the sidewalls and a spare tiremounted. The camper is equipped with all necessary lighting for road &highway travel, such as running lights, side marker lights, stop and turnsignal lights, back-up lights and comes equipped with a standard “round” trailerplug. There is a 110-volt receptacle on the right side near the back and one on the right side near the front. The roofrack is made of ¼” tk. aluminum and painted with bedliner paint. On the roof isa white cover for the cabin fan/vent and a 100amp solar panel. On the left side thereis a 180-degree, OVS Nomadic Awning which gives you 88 sq. ft. coverage.UNDERNEITH: The Axle is a leafspring and is rated at 2,000Lb. The steel frame undercarriage is 3/16”tk 2”tubing perimeter with 2” X 2” angle cross members and the tongue beam is 1/4”thick 2” steel tub with a 2” ball hitch. Under the floor is sealed with a rubberized painted on coating.INSIDE: The floorspace is thesize of a queen-size mattress (approx. 60 X 80). The camper comes with a brand-new Quad-foldQueen-size mattress that can be folded back to form a couch. There’s aretractable bunk across the back of the cabin where smaller people could sleep,or it could be used like a shelf to stow your gear. In the ceiling there is a12volt Max Fan cabin vent with various speeds and can blow in or out. There isa 5,000 BTU air conditioner which has a waterproof hatch on the outside so youcan seal it off when not in use. There’s LED down lighting + indirectlighting in the ceiling. The storage cubbies have dimmable LED lighting plusthere are 2 reading lights outside the storage cubbies. There are (2) 110-voltsockets plus a USB / 12 volt charging station battery charge indicator.GALLEY: The hatch has duallocks & gas struts, there is a stainless-steel sink and faucet connected toa 20-gal pressurized 12v water system, also an outside hose spigot. The countertopis Formica, and the back wall splash is stainless steel. There is dimmablelighting throughout the galley and a light source on the inside of the hatch tolight up the surrounding galley area when the hatch is open. There is a lockable roll-out drawer forthe cooler and propane cook-stove. Stowed under the sink is a shelf that hooksonto the side of the camper that will hold the stove. Further back under thesink is a storage rack that holds 3 propane canisters and a water tank pressure switch and level gauge.TONGUE BOX: Outside: there is ashore power connector, a 110 receptacle, a 12-volt receptacle and a socket forthe solar panel input wire. There are also 2 air vents, one on each side.Inside: is the battery, battery charger, solar controller and the electricalconnections from the trailer plug to the trailer lights. There are 3 ways tocharge the battery; when plugged into shore power, by way of the tow vehiclewhen the trailer is plugged-in and the solar panel. SHIPPING: Free local pick up after paid in full and ownership is transferred. If it is being picked up by a third party shipping company I would coordinate and cooperate at no additional charge. I would consider delivering it for an additional charge but only after paid in full. Payment: I will require $500.00 deposit - non-refundable - to hold the camper for you, then the balance is to be paid "cash" or "certified bank check" for the balance within one week.
