This trailer is NOT complete and requires substantial work by someone with above-average skills to complete. It comes with several items which are brand new but never installed.3. This trailer has (4) wheels with brand new tires (only 25 miles on tires). HOWEVER, the trailer is no longer road-worthy and cannot be used as a mobile travel trailer. It can be moved to its new permanent location and must be permanently installed there. ALSO, one of the new tires is currently flat.4. Trailer includes/does NOT include the following:- Matching metal roofing to be used to build a roof over a front porch. NOT INCLUDED is any wood framing or a design for a front porch roof.- A new, never used fresh water tank under the platform bed. (installed)- A new, never used well pump and tank. (installed)- New, never used electric (2) burner cooktop. (NOT installed)- Kitchen sink/faucet. (NOT installed)- Remaining Ikea cabinet doors/drawers/hardware (still in boxes- might be missing a couple) (NOT installed)- There is NO TOILET INCLUDED.- Drain plumbing for sinks and toilet is NOT installed.- Shower needs corner joints sealed with silicone.- Bath sink/faucet. (NOT installed)- All new wiring including breaker box. (installed)- All new windows, including screens (installed)- Hand Made front door and bath door. (Installed but NOT finished)- New double pane glass panel for front door. (NOT installed)- New, never used tankless electric water hear.(NOT installed)- Hand made wood countertops. (UNFINISHED/NOT installed)- Included are (2) blue night stands which are sized to fit on either side of the platform bed.5. Plans called for the installation of a mini-split heating/cooling system, but NONE is provided for or included.6. Trailer requires a 2" ball hitch.7. There is some slight damage to the metal roofing along the lower side edge of the roof.8. Trailer is located in Kennesaw, GA along Hwy. 41 in a vehicle/RV storage lot.
