There is still a 7 year tent fabric warranty that has another 6 years of coverage left. There are so many options added onto this unit from their base model including the freestanding 270 degree awning it will come with. I would recommend this unit for most late model F-150s and can verify fitment if interested after measurements with other full size 5.5' truck beds. This is substantially less than what you can purchase this unit for especially not having shipping costs. Must pickup near Wichita, KS, no shipping.Options added to treehouse base model. This unit new not including shipping was $17,000.
