We have repaired the parts of this trailer that the typical craftsmen might have difficulty completing, asthey might not have the necessary tools, skills, or parts. This vintage trailer has new wheels and tires;new tail lights and 12 volt wiring. Both curved Lexan windows in the front have been replaced. Theelectric brakes have been rewired and work well. Automotive paint has been professionally applied.Damaged sections of the subfloor have been removed and replaced.The 1951 Spartan Imperial Mansion has some unique features. There are porthole windows in thedoors, and functioning roll-down windows in the rear bedroom. There is a second bedroom in themiddle of the trailer with built-in cabinets. The bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms, and has asink, shower and toilet.This trailer also has very cool rounded cabinetry, with no delamination. The original Dixie stove appearsto be in good condition. There are no broken windows, and the ceiling does not leak.The trailer is road ready, and we have a transferable registration that is tied to the up-to-date tag on therear of the trailer. Delivery is an option at $2.00 per mile.
