Looking for a Class C RV$5000 to $8000 Must Have:Cab over bedRear Bedroom (Prefer Queen-Twin Singles maybe)Dinette Table/booth (The companion seating can be either couch or chairs.)Toilet and ShowerActual bathroom door (No partitions)Awning (If your rig meets all other criteria but did not come with an awning,I will consider.) Operational on-board generator a plus.Newer tires a plus. ALL electrical/water/water heater/cooking/bath-toilet/heating/AC/refrigerator-freezer systemsmust be able to be demonstrated in good working condition. While I will not rule them out, I have found most pre 1990 rigs do not meet the bathroom door requirement. I request this as those with actual doors are newer designed rigs.
